Ashley Crawford is a mother of twin boys (born via c-section) and resides in Fort Wayne.  She is a certified doula (ICEA) and also has her certification as a CHW (Community Health Worker) as well as an HHA (Home Health Aide).  She has a passion to help others and is always ready to provide information.  She is almost finished with her certification as a lactation specialist and plans to continue her education including but not limited to:

• Postpartum

• Bereavement

• Placenta Encapsulation/umbilical cord preservation

• Adoption and surrogacy 

Ashley has also found the spark to advocate for fathers.  The inspiration came from listening to a song about fathers who have to be strong and cannot be weak and from a client's partner who feels that once the band goes onto the mother the father is in the shadows.
